Painting - Pigments On Plaster
Description
This painting was produced in plaster with the pigments of paint, and clear glazes, rather than conventional paint mediums .The process was experimental, exciting, new and approximately 105 unique compositions were produced, and sold by the Artist. Two of the Artist's favorite flowers were sunflowers and Irises. Although they are contrasting opposites on the color wheel, Together these particular jewel tones, seem to fit together very comfortably. The aging technique is beautiful, unique, and has an " Old World style". The unique technique was introduced to the artist by another extremely talented painter, and friend of the local Artisan. Many cracks, dimensions, and textures, are apparent throughout these colorful compositions. This painting is protected under the copyright laws of the United States.
