This Painting was painted on location at the beautiful Runkle residence. A wonderful family, the Artist feels fortunate to have met, and spent time with. The Artist was hired to teach private painting lessons, and spent many hours with his friend , Bobby, banging out this beautiful and colorful composition. During this period, the Artist was producing creative, one of a kind, conceptual chairs.The one of a kind chairs were then sold at auction, and "The Artist" donated the money, to benefit many underprivileged children, in Southern Arizona.The Blue Chair is within the doorway of the composition, of the painting, and later became the title of this beautiful and colorful southwest oil painting.
