Title
Homage to the Bull Rider
Artist
William T Templeton
Medium
Painting - Oil On Canvas
Description
Back in the day, the Artist followed the rodeo with his friends. He was fortunate enough to know all the people who were involved in the business of rodeo. Templeton's favorite event was " The Bull Ride " . He was never into jumping on one himself, after being bucked off of several horses, so he stayed out of harms way as a spectator. In this composition, The Artist captures a cowgirl bowing her hat and paying her respect, to a well deserving cowboy who is doing his thing. If ya ever get to meet a "Brahma" or a " Bodacious", they can appear to be slightly intimidating. When they get tied, it becomes a whole different story, and you better have your "big boy pants" on if your planning on mounting one!
