Crackled Cactus
Artist
William T Templeton
Medium
Painting - Pigments On Plaster
Description
Over the centuries there have been many Artist who have experimented with several different mediums at a time. This medium was fun, crazy, and out of control. Plaster infused with glazes, and the pigments of the paint, were used to produce just over a hundred of these colorful, almost abstract, compositions. They were very unique, and almost all of the pieces that were produced were sold when they were introduced to the public. These paintings were very different than his other works. Templeton was not intimidated to experiment with his gift, and he would attempt all kinds of exploration to get the result he was looking for. The Artist would explore, arrange, and master these experimental concepts to stay inspired, current, and fresh, in the unforgiving business of Art.
